  • Occupancy limits strictly enforced
  • No large group gatherings
  • No smoking
  • No parties
  • Minimum age to sign lease is 25 years old
  • Parking: 5 cars on property, 2 on street with permit
  • No pets
  • Quiet hours 10:30 pm – 7:30 am

Check-in time: 3pm
Check-out time: 9 am (due to Covid cleaning requirements)

  • Hand soap and any disinfectant products you want to use during your stay.
  • Dishwashing detergent (Cascade pre-packaged pouches with rinsing agent work best)
  • Laundry detergent
  • Kitchen towels
  • Zip lock baggies
  • A few plastic containers to store food and bring leftover food back home
  • Trash bags
  • Coffee filters (basket type)
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Linens and towels (unless you are renting them)
  • Beach towels
  • Beach umbrellas
  • Small cooler and ice packs to bring drinks to the beach
  • A larger cooler to transport leftover food back home
